If mods have the time to respond on this thread, I'm not sure why they can't PM JR to ask her what the specific problem is. To say that she hasn't hit the RTM button is their reason for not fixing the problem is weak.

Where is the outing info? In A review. Which one? What is the outing info?

These are all the questions a mod needs answered before he can take action. All should be answered in a RTM.

Also, a RTM is in a place where every mod on the board can see it, even the lady mods. An outing RTM will be acted on fast as it is almost the only thing every mod is authorized to handle anywhere.

If a newbie who doesn't know any better,posts a review and lists a provider's home address,are they going to require the provider to rtm the review in order for her address to be removed??
Forget banning the perp, just remove her rw information first.. how hard can that be?

Yes. They will probably want more info as well..... I guess you are unaware that provider actually do see clients in their homes....

I have never been a mod on here, so I don't know how the software here works, but I do moderate forums on other sites. Any decent modern site tool set should allow the mods to easily "soft delete", or hide, posts--and that is what I would expect them to do in cases like this. That gives them as much time as they need to investigate the reality behind the potential outing, and if it is deemed not valid, replace the soft-deleted post into the open forum.

No, I would not expect them to do this with every RTM issue, but in cases of member safety it would seem the prudent thing to do. A review taken off line a few days is a much less serious problem than real world info being on the board for however long it takes to sort out.

There is a RULE, not a guideline given to providers about how to post a phone number. It has a specific format to use and they are told they will be banned for not using that format.
