Winstar sucks in general. I only go when they give me free rooms, free food and free money to play. They fucked with me once by not honoring a voucher for free play they sent. I was so pissed I didn’t go there for 2 years after that and then they started to send the tons of offers for all the free stuff. So i’ve Pretty much played with their money and stayed on their dime and ate free food. Lol

They charge for drinks and charge to play the table games. What kind of crap is that.

Good luck with that. It's an Indian casino and they can give two fucks about anyone's opinion unless you're a Platinum card member. I know most of the pit bosses up there since I gamble way too damn much. I've been told stories and have actually witness situations where customer service / satisfaction is irrelevant to them. The only reason I go is because it's a hell of a lot closer than Shreveport and a hell of a lot cheaper than what I would blow in Vegas.
