The problem with sports junkies is that they fail miserably when it come to recognizing greatness.
they will call a person that wins with a team in the "BIG GAME" (cant say superbowl cuz it is a registered trademark) a great sports figure.
The reality is the greatest sports figure ever is was and always will be A.J. Foyt.
This man won in Indy, LeMans, Nascar, Daytona, and races all over the world. Nobody will ever come close to doing what he has done and much of it with a shattered body that was pieced back together.
Only second to AJ would be Arnie who not only dominated the world of golf but also holds or held many records for piloting jets around the world. AND he did it with CLASS.
All the rest are mere wanabes in the world of sports.
