Some people just don't understand how these numbers are derived and will never understand. You can show them, explain in detail to them, have them see the unemployed and they will still CHOSE to not understand.

The number of jobs created last month was insufficient to stay even. So how did the rate drop? Must be some other reason.

Where did most of those jobs come from? 3/4 came from government hiring which do grow an economy. They provide a job for some people but they do not become self sustaining (except in bureacracy even when the need has passed) and provide a service.

In January a lot of people will lose their unemployment (the cliff) and it is possible that the unemployment rate (not to be confused with actual unemployment) will drop because once you lose your benefits, you cease to exist in Obama's world. That is until 3 million unemployed people show up in Washington DC.

Exclamation Good News

That is good news anyway you want to slice it.

. . . Of course, the Republicans will always find some way to discount the achievements of the current administration because that is really all they know how to do!

The "sliced" up numbers indicate that people are dropping out of the labor force at record levels because they can't find work....how is that good news ?

You talk like this gradual drop in umployment is a bad thing... perhaps, we should go back to losing 750,000 jobs a month. That's certainly a place that the Republicans preferred...

Keep slicing those numbers, dipshit. I'm sure you'll find a big BLACK cloud behind every silver lining.

Out of curiosity, what was trending on ECCIE or ASPD back then? Anybody remember?

YEAH, THAT'S THE WORLD WE ALL WANT! Dipshit!

Get a fucking grip Barleybrains. You've been sold a bill of goods by Boehner and your puppetmasters on Wall Street.

Again, the Sky IS Falling. On YOU!

they werent wrong at 8.3% but they are wrong at 7.7 % ????

okkkkkkkkkkkk

I posted links from the BLS that explained in detail how the #'s are extrapolated ... you acutally think that made any difference to the rightwingers? Hell, they didnt even bother to open the links much less take time to read the content ... not that they could have taken the formulas in context ....

It never does with Whirlyturd. He just want's to hammer points that later turn out to be totally fucking wrong, then he wants to change the subject.

That's his M.O.

If everyone who wants a job re-entered the labor market the real unemployment rate would be +14.7%................

But the Obamazombies want to live in their world of denial; to know/speak the truth about Obama's failures is too much for them to handle.
