Sharpstown and Jesse Jackson were boo'd off he state in Ferguson. People want justice, not money.

And IMO the money that's being spent on all the sophisticated artillery could be spent on reducing student loan debt or making college more affordable, not job creation. With obamacare in place most jobs aren't willing to hire full time due to the cost of insuring those employees anyways and as mentioned, inorganic jobs are temporary fixes.

Why is The Federal Government buying the same kind of military equipment for it's different agencies, some which have no policing power?

No, the left loves to point out occassionally that Bush, Bush, or Reagan signed off on some of these laws years ago. That's true. Usually turns out that a little tiny law was put on something else. No one cared because it looked harmless. Just some bone for a democrat running for reelection but that little law started to grow like a cancer. It metastasized until we find a relatively unimportant agency found that it needed, and could have, a tactical weapons team. Or several weapons teams.
