Do you really want to apply US laws to foreign nationals who are terrorists? That argument is beyond stupid! But if so, then killing them with drones, along with innocent civilians, would be in violation of US law. Every effort would have to be made to capture them alive, give them their miranda rights and then try them in civilian courts. Do you see how fucked up that line of reasoning really is?

I guess I have to spell it out for you CBJ7. Personally, I have no problem with the expanded drone program. What I can not understand is how you libtards are ok with this but chastise the Bush administration for the enhanced interrogation procedures. Like I asked you earlier, which is worse? Outright killing of these terrorists and the innocent civilians who are unfortunate enough to be in the wrong place at the wrong time or capturing them and interrogating them for intelligence which might prevent future attacks.
