I completely agree with the two posters above. If you're feeling very strong anxiety attacks, which can feel like you're having a heart attack, going natural is brave but possibly not the best course of action.
I'm all for natural. But to do that appropriately, you have to get panels of blood tests done, go to a special pharmacist that mixes herbs, chemicals, vitamins, etc for you and with the doctor costs is probably the most expensive route to do on your own.
Frankly, the cheapest route is to do what I have done. Find a low cost doctor who will just charge you an office fee (I have one in my neighborhood that charges $84 for an office visit), talk with them and get something started.
I will say that the process of finding an antidepressant that works well for you, and I'm not sure if that's what you need, can be a nightmare of its own.
Sometimes, you just have to go the cheap route. And for plenty of people, it works.
