Most people don't tip on rideshare. Like most of life, if you're a good looking woman or great looking man, you'll get tipped. I had a long time side biz in the service industry, I can tell you who was going to get tipped and by who. Friendliness and competence are minor factors compared to looks.
For simple delivery, its a different story, especially with contactless delivery. From what I've seen, when you pull up to Dominos for contactless delivery, they send out the best looking female. Its no accident.
