How right you are, Ginger! It ain't rocket science. But you do have to listen and evaluate. You've done that well, executed your plan and been rewarded with success (and a gun safe full of firearms. lol)

[QUOTE=megustalatina;3227050]( Well we can't get mad about that double request thing...
See I hate to say but I lo've doubles but I'm picky as snot when it comes to doubles and don't take double offers from just anyone. And it it was with someone I might have to bite my teeth and bare then he'll yea I'm gonna jack my price up..
Another thing people need to realize everyone's idea of double vary sometimes the amount is based on the severity of the double... Ijs )
--------------------------
I never said I was mad. I actually laughed about it and it offended her. The other provider is a tad bit picky also, and she was all in for the rodeo and had asked for a very fair donation. Jeez… when everyone walks away with weak knees and smiling…. That’s a good thing… Right?[/QUOT
No one is Mad... Ijs

Yeah, I've been able to buy a few guns... But nothing compared to my chess set collection! Check out my latest one, a very rare vintage Drueke:
(And a very special thanks to my favorite Asian detective, for helping me acquire it! )

VERY COOL, Ginger!
A bit of a thread hijack, but the point is if you execute your plan like you have, there are expendable dollars to take care of basic needs, invest, and enough left over to purchase the other items you wish to collect - aka guns and collector chess sets.
Lizzi, (and others who don't get it), it would be to your advantage to learn and execute the business model as well as Ginger has. Mentors can be a VERY good thing.

MrHappy is trying to help Lizzi. Do what you will with the opportunity but he has mentored many very successful Arkansas providers.
I for one will not seek an apt. until the menu opens up and some consistency in apts is noticed.

Why do I feel like you'd cheat just to get rid of Syd's clothes faster?
