The measure of good tax policy shouldn't be whether you can sell it or not. That's demagoguery. Is it your belief that making 1% of the people pay all the taxes is good policy, because you can sell it? That's mob rule.

Crack cocaine is easy to sell. That doesn't make it ethical.
