these people sitting on their ass have jobs, they collect a paycheck, taxes come from paychecks, they buy things with paychecks, more taxes back in the mix, retailers stay in business, suppliers the sell to retailers stay in business, the economic cycle comes full circle ... ergo; stimulus.


Im sure the rightwingers would rather these working people not have jobs so they could bitch about unemployment #'s, people collecting unemployment, and living (so to speak) a miserable lifestyle compared to working ...

those tax dollars filter BACK into the economy via the means I stated ... jobs stimulate the economy regardless if the worker sits, stands or sleeps for a paycheck.
