I'm from Russia. However, I am looking for international domain name registrar. Some payment methods are unavailable or inconvenient for me. I would like to pay via WebMoney if possible. Are there any registrars that accept payment via WebMoney?

Depends on which TLDs you want to register. You may consider the services of Panamanian registrar Pananames. At least I know for sure that they allow you to replenish your balance through WebMoney. Personally, I use only this registrar. There are cheap TLDs here.

No catch, but this is my story: After taking some design classes and creating my own website for my author business (I am a published writer), I really developed a love for graphic and web design and got some more training. I've done some work for friends, but am ready to branch out and start earning money doing something I really love.

What do I get out of this? Your word-of-mouth references to friends and a credit with my business link in the footer of your site, and hopefully future business from you if you have any other graphic (print or web) design needs.

It's a total shame, if it has free in the post, they come a
running but if they have to pay anything, not so much, like there is no interest in investing in their own brand, they want something for free, but they aren't giving away any of their services for free. the only time you see anything from most is the occasional post on one of the escort ad sites and most don't even have a website of their own to really show themselves and what they are about, and that they are above the average street level cheap hotel service. they have to play hide what they are really about on most of the social media sites because they can't openly advertise on most of them.
