Maybe the Indians will realize that they can purchade land off the reservation, place it in trust and have anything allowed under Federal Law. The state, county and citiy have no authority. Which would include brothels if they so desired.

Unless Pete and Joe can be adopted into a tribe, they would have to give up control of Shady. I mean if you were to go that route, it would be easier for the Indians to buy some vacant land first. Don't hint at their plans. Then once it is theirs, build a sin city. The Wyandottes built a casino in the old Masonic building right across from Kansas City, KS city hall after placing it in trust. Their only tie to the area was the old Huron Cemetary, that they left when sent to Oklahoma around 1855.

And this is why it wouldn't work for them. However, if a tribe wanted to run a brothel, there's nothing stopping them. There's no federal law against it, otherwise, Nevada couldn't have them.

Exactly. Federal law doesn't forbid prostitution. It is a local thing they leave to the states. Which is why Nevada allows it in the less populated counties. However the Indians must feel casinos are the lesser of what most people consider two evils. So unless people stop gambling, they would probably not even consider it.

I'd think some Natives would appreciate the irony of prostituting white women out and making money from it.
