I will be surprised if there are never any charges filed against Pre3sident Biden. In any case, in my view, President Biden is more likely to pass away before President Trump. If they both are in prison, Mr. Biden goes first. . . .and will be the first president to diew in prison.

I don't think either one will go to prison. I don't think they want either one to run again. But if Trump gets convicted Biden should too.

Some folks just cn't take a joke. Some folks jujst don't get humor either.
In any case, that President Biden has not yet been charged with anything does not mean that he has not engaged in wrong doing. As we had to explain to our three year old son, however much you deny it, the dog did not eat all cookies.
In Mr. Biden's case, he is on record proudly describing his involvement in a quid pro quo exchange of favors involving a billion or so dollars in exchange for dropping an investigation of his son's business dealings in a foreign country.

Biden might have a higher chance of dying in office (natural causes, folks, not implying violence). He has to become an ex-president first. If he gets a second term, any indictments will have to wait until 2029. If he gets the Defendant's treatment, it will be 2031 before he sees an indictment. Trial time could take a year or 2 (or more). So, that's 2033. He would be 91 or older if he is still alive. If he is a a one-termer (what kind of loser only gets one term?), he would be 87 or older before he sees prison time.
The Defendant might see prison time in a year or two, assuming no favorable treatment during sentencing or no pardon.
Timing favors the Defendant on this one.
