Still need to check with your doc before chug-a-lugging. Herbal remedies (and energy drinks, too) can still have side effects and may conflict with pre-existing conditions and/or medications.

Plus... Well, I didn't buy pregnancy tests back when I had to worry about that at the dollar store, and don't get condoms there now. Seen the "potency" aids on the same racks. How safe is something sold with absolutely no FDA quality control or verified research?

From personal experience definitely take 30-45 minutes before time. Also on a full stomach for me it does delay the effects but totally negates the effect. And what ever you do, do not count on last year stash
