I believe the correct answer is the more often the better. If your goal is to get more appointments then you need to provide fresh material. I am much more likely to click on a post that says "New pics". Especially if it is from an established girl. Of course when your appearance changes it is nice to update your profile so customers aren't surprised or disappointed.

The truth is this is a visual market. Guys want to see a new angle or hot outfit and imagine themselves in the middle of it all.
