RTMed.
Here's one of threads I made the bet.

BTW, you haven't made a proposal. You also won't say what's the bet you agreed to with Bambino.

Not with the current makeup of congress....which was what gnad said, BEFORE 2018.
With a Democratic controlled House, he may get impeached, but I doubt it. Nor do I think it would be a politically smart move.
Better to just Benghazi him to death...like the prior GOP led Houses did with Clinton

You do realize that is not me calling you an idiot, just a proposal like that idiotic.
Not only that....it confirms exactly what I said I would say to such an idiotic proposal.
Maybe Austin Ellen will follow the link and apologize to me for her inaccurate accusation.
For damn sure lustylad needs to teread it to remind him what pictures he is not allowed to post!
God damn, i do thank you though for posting a link that confirms exactly what I'd say to such nonsense.

impeachment isn't likely, i'd say impossible.
assuming Dems take the house. they would need 218 seats to take control.
2/3 = 291 seats.
they would need 73 votes which would include some anti-trump republicans to pull this off.

RTM'ed. Again, just your usual ploy of calling people idiots by "not calling them idiots".
BTW, you haven't made a bet proposal. Which is the original purpose of your thread.
You haven't said what your bet is with bamino is (which you mention).
This is third time I've ask for them.
Also, at the beginning of 2018 which is when I originally made my proposal, there was a significant number of Republican "Never Trumpers" who signaled they would have voted for impeachment. Many of those, like Sen Graham, have come around now. So at the beginning of the 2018, this was a totally viable proposition.

There are some members of both houses of Congress who want a "life after Trump" and may want to stay on the Government Tit for a few more terms.
As a consequence, many of them are distancing themselves from the "Impeach Trump" initiative and chant by stepping back at least through the mid terms. They have a better shot of being in office and supporting a viable challenge to him in 2020 with a resume of positive legislation, as opposed to numerous attempts in congressional hearings with "search and destroy" efforts.
Also "the bean counters" claim Pelosi doesn't have the votes among the possible "most likely" House members to get Speaker. She'll have to drag out her glossy 8x10's and borrow FinkleStein's private letters and emails to get votes from the existing members, but that doesn't get the newbies. The Democrats have been eating their own lately and that would not be good for 2020 solidarity.

No, the Dems do not need 293 votes in the House to impeach, just a simple majority (218). A two-thirds vote is needed to CONVICT by the Senate (an obviously very unlikely outcome).
I agree with the judgment that the house, even with Dems in control, will probably not seek to impeach Trump, and that it would be an asinine move that would in all likelihood backfire.

AGAIN
Maybe they will explain to you the difference between calling someone an idiot and saying something idiotic.
I have no way of knowing if you are an idiot or not and even if I had proof am discouraged via the Mods from stating so.
We do however get to still judge the veracity of what one SAYS.
Time has actually been on my side as to how idiotic your bet proposal actually was.
Your link proved I was not suggesting impeachment but doing what I have always said....impeach at the ballot box.
In closing, you and Austin Ellen misstatements about my positions were exposed in the link you provided. Which is another idiotic move imho.
First you two misstate what I said and then you provide a link proving you both lied.
I would not take such an idiotic bet today , just as i would not take it originally.

That seems to be their preference.
One day they'll figure out on which side to throw slop.

Who is “they,” LL?
Are you talking about your “invaders” again or another classification of people?

The side of the Federal Judge in Arkansas that made a judicially binding decision that Bill Clinton committed perjury while in office by testifying falsely under oath. That side.
Numerous times I have posted that I believed the passing of articles of impeachment against Bill Clinton was a political and legal mistake. I've also stated I'm a Democrat, which I am irrespective of the current attempt to high-jack the DNC and convert it to the "Socialist National Committee (SNC)." So, I'm consistent.
The DNC is reminding me daily of the SDS!
And the head socialist is out on the trail trying to save his fake "legacy"!
