Yes, it’s a war. People are getting hurt and dying. That’s what happens and why they should be trying to hammer out a peace deal.

Hope your people in Sevastopol remain safe and unharmed.
Peace on Putin's terms isn't peace. Remember that.

could have happened a long time ago except Biden nixed a Israeli brokered deal of "No Ukraine in NATO".

isn't it? as has been discussed in this thread there were agreements going back to the fall of the USSR and Gorby that in exchange for Ukraine declaring as a sovereign nation for the first time all the nukes would go back to Russia and that NATO wouldn't expand eastward. then they did.
then there is 2014. those negotiations called for a semi-autonomous Donbas which is overwhelmingly ethnic Russian and who wanted to be under Russia. it was ultimately Ukraine's fault this didn't happen and it's either they were too slow or stalled it on purpose. that's on Ukraine.

Ukraine liberated Staromaiorske.
As for you, Waco. Tell the whole story instead of just the Russian talking points about NATO

Yeah, only an idiot or a crook getting rich off the war would want to give away billions of hard earned American taxpayer money to corrupt Ukraine with zero accountability of where that money went and how it is used
We know Senile Biden is a crook and an idiot. What about the Senate Democrats who blocked accountability of taxpayer money? Crooks or idiots or both?

Indeed. Senile Biden intervened to nix a peace deal because the grift is profitable for him. Corrupt Ukraine even bombed it's own people in Donbas. Ukraine has thwarted peace when they had the chance and now are paying the price for their poor decisions

Amen. Any "peace deal" would require Putin be put in jail for war crimes. Or *at very least* fucking off and returning every inch of land he's illegally annexed.
There can be no peace without justice. And that means, Putin gets nothing from Ukraine. Not a goddamned thing. He fucks off, and hopefully dies a slow, painful death. Then maybe, just maybe, comes peace. But never before justice.

The lead Afghanistan Inspector General (SIGAR) produced some of the most devastating reports on the staggering failure of US policy. Draw your own conclusions as to why almost the entire Senate Dem caucus unanimously opposes the creation of an analogous IG structure for Ukraine

More and more Americans have woken up to the corrupt Ukraine Scam
AMERICANS GROW TIRED OF SENDING MONEY TO UKRAINE
A new CNN poll shows that a majority, 55%, say Congress "should not authorize additional funding to support Ukraine in the war with Russia."
A majority, 53%, also disapprove of Senile Biden's handling of the Ukraine problem.
Fuck corrupt Ukraine

When CNN admits this, you know its going really bad for corrupt Ukraine. They should have negotiated a peaceful settlement when they had the chance. All these US Taxpayer dollars wasted on a corrupt country who has no chance of winning
CNN - New: Weeks into Ukraine’s highly anticipated counteroffensive, Western officials describe increasingly “sobering” assessments about Ukrainian forces’ ability to retake significant territory, four senior US and western officials tell me.
“They’re still going to see, for the next couple of weeks, if there is a chance of making some progress. But for them to really make progress that would change the balance of this conflict, I think, it’s extremely, highly unlikely,” a senior western diplomat told CNN.
“Our briefings are sobering. We’re reminded of the challenges they face,” said Rep. Mike Quigley, an Illinois Democrat who recently returned from meetings in Europe with US commanders training Ukrainian armored forces. “This is the most difficult time of the war.”
.
.
.
These latest assessments represent a marked change from the optimism at the start of the counteroffensive. These officials say those expectations were “unrealistic” and are now contributing to pressure on Ukraine from some in the West to begin peace negotiations, including considering the possibility of territorial concessions.

Seems you're still missing the point.
The counter offensive is a slog. Was always going to be. Still will be. However key logistics routes for the Russians have been hit and there's still time left in the season.
Ukraine's fighting across a wide axis to retake its land against a much larger invader and is still retaking land. Meter by meter. Block by block. Field by field. If peace is negotiated, and land is ceded, it's AFTER you reclaim as much as you can. Not before.
One would think you'd understand that. Putin's not going to just hand back land he illegally annexed by appeasing him.
But that's OK. We know you support the wrong side of history.

The Pentagon leaks above show that Western officials were warned about Ukraine’s poor prospects months ago, yet concealed it and kept wasting hard earned taxpayer money. That’s what’s sobering here.
