CONCUR!! Just got back from my first MFM. Matched everything you said above. Now my partner in crime from the MFM and I are coordinating to make it an MFMF with two providers he and I have both seen before individually and had great times with. That's part of the key to this. We have picked providers we've both had good sessions with before in the MFM and our upcoming MFMF. That seems to help make it better.
