Hey Mr Ghristle, what happens when Joey Bribes empties our strategic oil reserves?

You say when, I say if.
It would leave the country without an ability to quickly address short term supply shocks of crude and all of the cascading effects that come with them. The current situation is one where it makes sense to tap those reserves, but what I haven't heard is a replenishment plan. I also think that the U.S. reserves are being tapped a bit too heavily, because I prefer a bigger buffer. I also don't agree with the automatic drawdowns but that issue spans multiple administrations and their spending deficits.
However, I think the SPR is flawed and needs to go beyond just its current crude portfolio and add refined products with appropriate replenishment cycles. Jet fuels, gasoline, diesel, heating oils, etc.
The same way that there needs to be an effective federal stockpile of medical supplies and equipment of varying types, which are actively managed.
Balanced strategic diversity...

I just paid $ 4.439. 9 today for regular at a BP in Washington Pa. There isn’t a price decrease at the pump. What your posting is some sort of moral victory, which is meaningless.

There's no victory, moral or otherwise. You misunderstand the intent.
But thanks again, as usual.

McCarthy on Libtards blaming oil companies for gas price hike: It just begins to go to show how they don't understand the industry. Things don't change overnight. You've got to produce the oil. You sell the oil, you have to refine the oil and you pass it through.
When they called in all of the (oil) CEOs, you know what the Libtards number one question was? Will they pledge to produce less? So if they took the advice of why they were called in..they had to swear in under oath will you promise to produce less like Europe

Confirmed.
India has just bought oil from Russia-- at a discount (!) AND in rupees-roubles.
This is the real story that you won't hear on the news.
Global realignment.

I didn’t misconstrue anything. I absolutely know your intent. It’s BULLSHIT.

The dollar is on the verge of no longer being the world’s currency.
When countries like Saudi Arabia & UAE don’t answer Senile Biden’s calls and India ignores US sanctions and buys oil from Russia using currency swap, America is losing control.

... A Republican congress and prolly a Republican senate can
put a great clamp on Biden's foolish policies and decisions.

It shows you how shallow the Libtards on this site are. They truly have no idea what’s really going on. Pathetic
