Let me give Natalie some good advice....if you do keep notes on clients, make them cryptic. Not cryptic like Fee CCCL.

Like say 1 equal hygiene, 2 equal tip, 3 equal pain in the ass and then rate those 1-10. You would say have notes like this

1/ 10
2/5
3/1

LE see's that and they scratch their head, you see that and you know that he had great hygiene, average tipper, and he was no pain in the ass.

But for Fuck sake do not keep detailed notes.
