Quick question Speedy. How many Amendments in the Bill of Rights as originally passed when the country was founded. Or, said another way.. In what year was the 14th amendment ratified and made part of the Constitution? Here's a hint. The 14th Amendment was not passed in 1790 when the Constitution was officially ratified. So how do you claim the 14th Amendment somehow overrules or supercedes the Second??
