i for one think that incident with that young lady in Colorado was a consensual encounter. she may have become uncomfortable during the encounter and only she now (Kobe can't respond obviously) knows if it got out of hand but it's clear she willingly began the encounter.

far as i see it King might have been a bit too quick to being this up given how Kobe died but if not for Kobe himself it wouldn't even be an issue. and even if he had lived a long life and died of old age this issue would still have clouded him in the end
