She made a good point there. ^^ I do keep short notes next to your contact. I use this information to remind myself about certain things and also to help when giving a references. It goes something like this...
Example#1: Dna,asshole,haggler,cheap,has bad breath, tries to push time limits to far, etc.
Example#2 : Nice, Always smells good, always on time, good at daty, dark/light hair, glasses, likes a massage afterwards, usually hhr, grandfathered, etc.

It's not a detailed note with your license plate,car description, real name, or picture. It doesn't have any mention of money or exact dates.

Ask your attorney if that would help your cause or hinder it should you catch a charge.

My guess is that would leave you at the mercy of the court.

There are many factors to consider when doing things in this business... first and foremost imho is to always keep in mind that this is illegal.

So I can understand why this concept is hard for people who have not been through hardcore discovery in criminal or civil court to understand. I am not talking about the chickenshit discovery that happens in a divorce when the lawyers ease up when the money runs low.

Go through discovery with the SEC and then see if you ever keep notes on anything remotely questionable again.
