I've used no real life names. I've withheld information that might lead to their names too easily. The story has been all over the news. It was in the news because !VI! decided to go public by involving the police. It's still unclear whether her accusations were entirely true. If some were not true, and note the most extreme accusations were never turned into charges at all which adds doubt, that multiplies her responsibility for her situation.
Since some here think I'm trying to protect her, and others think I'm somehow hurting her (and where were you during the witch hunt pile-on?), I'm probably doing what I set out to do. And that is to stick to the facts, ignore the speculation, and let the chips fall where they may based on the public record already available to all.

Oh and this most obvious of all facts. I've not posted any follow up at all about what has happened to !VI! since the arrest a year ago. And I won't because it's not relevant to the case, so it should be kept private.
I've concentrated my attention and reports on the Pimp. I will continue to do so. He stands to be sentenced to up to 15 years in prison. This is not a trivial legal case.

Really? This is a case of two stupid dorks who became boyfriend and girlfriend. They both like to play dress up like the retards they are so they met at the ultimate dork convention with that cosplay crap. Surprisingly, he's not actually Superman and she's not actually Wonder Woman. That was tough for them to deal with in their mature relationship. They had a bad breakup and the stupid boyfriend happened to have illegal guns. Those two idiots aren't a "true crime" story. They are simply a bad Jerry Springer episode.

You left out how the Pimp outed her, posted videos of her clients having sex on extremely popular porn sites, impersonated her on ECCIE, and caused her parents fear and trauma by sending would-be clients to their house.
(Not to mention the fact that he did similar things before to another provider here, Eevee. And a previous arrest for felony theft. And breaking probation. And skipping out on bail.)

I further find this case interesting in the context of ECCIE because initially and beyond most everyone here got the story completely wrong. It serves as a cautionary tale regarding witch hunts on prostitution boards.
That's why I find this story interesting. If you don't find this story interesting you are choosing to waste your own time reading this thread. That's your fault not mine.
(By "you" I mean any of the above and no one in specific.)

Lots of people are interested in True Crime stories. There was a report I read yesterday about an actress or some celebrity that frequently goes to court trials because she is fascinated by that sort of thing. What doesn't make sense is why you feel a need to show up here every few months with updates. How does that work? Why do you feel compelled to do that? And, before you comment about how many views this thread has had so people must be interested, realize that EVERYONE loves a good trainwreck. All the views this thread receives are due to morbid curiosity. It's like a freeway in Dallas during rush hour. Someone could spit in the middle of the freeway and 30 cars would stop to see where it lands.

By you continually bumping this thread you give a whole new audience the ability to see the videos and such which are tied to her real name...it's not hard to find who she is and I'm hoping many have already forgotten.
And do you think this audience, based on the feedback your posts have received, care about the pimp? He could die in prison tonight and nobody would care.
Your posts are well written and you seem smart but I struggle with the fact you think it's a good idea to keep bringing this up.

Sean is not breaking any rules. He is posting carefully so that he doesn't.
There are plenty of hobbyists here who remain interested in the downfall of a busted pimp. (and in this busted pimp). They just dont post as often as some squeaky opinionated mongers do.
Sean is reminding us of the reality of how slow our beloved (bemoaned) legal system is.
Yes, VI's situation was a train wreck.
Yes, VI is long gone, yet a bunch of eccie members have met her or already know who she is. Plus, anyone can read old or new threads here. There is nothing to stop new members from finding out all kinds of info about VI and many many other train wrecks on here.
And Yes, this train wreck (which is in its final stages) is still interesting to many on here.
Sean, unless the mods have a decent reason for shutting your thread down, please keep on reporting. There are plenty here who remain interested, yet wont post against the squeaky mongers who are against your continued updates.
Plus, like you said, it is almost over..... Like in about 4 to 10 months he will probably be sentenced. So only a few more posts.... . Whatever.
If people are not interested, they can block you or not read your updates. Easy as pie.

Except the rule of common sense. So you seem to already know alot about the back story here considering your join date, well, for this handle anyway.
Tell you what. Why don't you throngs of people digging this shit pm the OP your email address and he can send you all hourly updates. Posting this shit out in the open draws people into it that quite frankly shouldn't be.
Consider the email option.

Curious how many handles Steve et al have considering the topics to which they post and their join dates. Feel like it's a majority of us get it and we're trying to convince idiots they're stupid. The truly dumb people are the last to realize they're dumb...or they have an agenda.

Actually, we didn't get the story completely wrong, any more than you got it completely right. The trafficking charges were dropped because she wasn't a trafficking victim. She was, however, victimized by a stalker ex as he has now admitted. Change his title from Pimp to Stalker Ex and you'll have it right.
She was still a nut job when she was turning tricks. Hopefully, that was a temporary affliction she's grown out of. At the very least she now has that chance.

Well you are *still* getting it wrong. He was indeed her pimp. From court documents as to what he confessed and stipulated towards his guilty plea.
"On or about November of 2013, the exact date being unknown, <the Pimp> began engaging in the unlawful activity of promoting <!VI!'s> prostitution. <the Pimp> would post commercial sex advertisements for <!VI!> on sex-based websites such as Backpage.com, and <the Pimp> would communicate with commercial sex customers using cellular phones. <the Pimp> benefitted financially from <!VI!'s> commercial sex activities."
Note the above isn't an accusation. It is what the Pimp himself affirms as being true.
Trafficking charges were never filed, so they couldn't have been dropped. *Why* they were never filed we don't know. Whether her participation was entirely uncoerced we don't know. But the above leaves no doubt the Pimp was indeed a pimp, however pathetic.

They weren't filed because they didn't have a case. They were mixed up in each other's business, legit and otherwise.
Sorry, dude, she wasn't the stereotypical trafficking victim the Feds want you to think she was. The dumbass does deserve jail time, though, for outting her like he did.
Keep trying, though. You've at least got a few troll accounts on your side.

You said "Change his title from Pimp to Stalker Ex and you'll have it right. "
And that is flat out wrong. His confessed title is pimp.
"Sorry, dude, she wasn't the stereotypical trafficking victim the Feds want you to think she was."
And where did I say I thought she was trafficked? I said we don't know. Because we don't. All that would be required along with what he already confessed is coercion or diminished capacity. You think it's impossible that that happened? We just don't know.

From the earlier quoted court document:
"Likewise, <the Pimp> admits that from on or about November of 2013 until on or about November of 2015, the exact dates being unknown, in the Dallas Division of the Northern District of Texas and elsewhere, he knowingly used facilities in interstate or foreign commerce, namely a cellular phone and the internet, with the intent to promote, manage, establish, carry on, or facilitate the promotion, management, establishment or carrying on, of any unlawful activity, and that he performed or attempted to perform an unlawful act, as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 1952, namely Promotion of Prostitution in violation of Texas Penal Code Section 43.02. <the Pimp> further admits and acknowledges that his conduct violated 18 U.S.C. §§ 1952(a)(3) and (A)."

Sure, he was in her business. And she ran one of his. You thought from the beginning that he was a pimp mastermind, you just can't admit that your initial impression was wrong. That's ok, not everyone is man enough to admit their errors.
On the flip side, she was such a nutcase that it wasn't hard for those of us that had been around for the whole show to believe she outted herself, which turned out not to be so. I can admit I was wrong about that*, but I can see you'll never admit that you once thought he was an evil pimp mastermind.
*Oddly enough, I didn't think she was responsible for the outting when it first happened. These things usually become apparent quickly, because victims react quickly, such that in a week or two the truth becomes known. That didn't happen here, and I still don't understand why Vi or her family didn't shut down her account and request the offending videos be removed from the popular host sites as they could easily have done. It was that lack of action that eventually convinced me she really was that crazy.
