I am certainly no Fat Ass and I don't consider myself at the age of 63 to be high risk. I am a natural Bodybuilder, I still train regularly and my diet is pretty dam clean. I can count the number of times I've had an adult vaccination on one hand and can't even remember the last time I had the Flu. I think there was a lot of fear porn generated with this pandemic and it created a lot of unnecessary distress for people.
