it explains alot on what happened to the Bevin/Beshear KY Gov. race.
here's the skinny.
this is about vote switching by computer. it is a little technical.
the voter and ballot database is not secure and is hackable from the internet.
the state database is indeed connected to the internet which was not the original claim that it wasn't connected to the internet. why they lie about it not being on the internet when it was!!!
there are anomalous issues with the tracking software (vote switching being one of them)
this gets worse. the database is on a foreign server, Frankfurt, Germany.
this guy tracked two cities, Austin and Dallas in 2018. a lot of activity in Dallas which generated alot of errors. this suggest extensive data manipulation.
also did the Beshear/Bevin Gov. race in Kentucky. caught some anomalies there. vote switching occured there. Undervotes appear to be involved in awarding Beshear some additional votes.
that race, I noticed, the results were strange. the Bevin's numbers didn't add up with the other down vote races.
they brought it to the authorities, they were not interested. even the rank and file who were sympathetic looked into this and verified the claim and can't escalate it upstairs past their supervisors. they have made some politicians aware of it.
