What does Obama being president for 8 years have to do with Jackson? How do you know that Obama was admitted into Harvard Law School with less than a 3.0 GPA. How do you know that every other applicant to Harvard Law School (White, Black or Brown) had a higher GPA in college than Obama?

If you want to add Affirmation action / qualifications to the conversation then adding Bush to the conversation is fair game. Bush was admitted into Harvard MBA when He WAS NOT qualified.

Bush was president for 8 years just like Obama.

The Constitution does not list any requirements to be nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate to be a Justice on the Supreme Court.
