Official narrative? Those people don't work for Faucci. SARS_CoV2 genome matches the genome of a bat isolate. The lineage goes back a decade. A nucleotide match of 94%. They destroyed the document that was put out by the organization associated with Steve Bannon. The same document that Ridley referred to in the link posted by Ducbetter. RNA, Genomes, nucleotides. It's not my fault if you don't understand the terms. Email the guy in the white shirt who did most of the talking. I am sure he could break it down for you. SARS_CoV2 did NOT come from any lab. It has nothing to do with Fauci.

All these guys are doing is rehashing the Proximal Covid Origins paper which we know has major issues. This is no better than Dr. Donut. At least she posted some sources. Do you actually think this is some kind of proof?
You are running into what Campbell was saying about how the papers like Proximal origins and Nature Medicine are axiomatic. Most all the pro natural origins stuff you encounter leans on them to some degree.

Ducbutter, this is from the Nature Medicine article. Do you disagree with it? If so why do you disagree?
While the analyses above suggest that SARS-CoV-2 may bind human ACE2 with high affinity, computational analyses predict that the interaction is not ideal7 and that the RBD sequence is different from those shown in SARS-CoV to be optimal for receptor binding7,11. Thus, the high-affinity binding of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein to human ACE2 is most likely the result of natural selection on a human or human-like ACE2 that permits another optimal binding solution to arise. This is strong evidence that SARS-CoV-2 is not the product of purposeful manipulation.

The authors of the paper are some of the ones who initially saw the virus and thought it looked engineered and a few days later emerged with a different theory then never mentioned their initial views in the paper. That's what Peterson, Ridley, and Campbell were complaining about. It's a conflict of interest.
And Campbell addressed your quote with his Chihuahua analogy.

This whole discussion is summed up above. Anything else expressed in this thread is an opinion. And mostly framed by political leanings.
Opinions, theories, uninformed opinions, partially informed opinions, theories with some basis (aliens among us ?), theories with no basis (aliens again ?).
Almost as entertaining as Coast to Coast radio.

Some of our posters do remind me Art and his merry band of Conspiracy Theorists

It is similar to a car wreck viewed from different angles.
Once incident, different conclusions.
And then there are the conspiracy theorists...they are like Bible thumpers. As yet inconclusive, is not in their lexicon. They need a concrete answer, even if they have to make it up

if you consider anyone who considers or favors the lab leak theory a conspiracy theorist then Fauci and China have so thoroughly brain washed you perhaps you should seek a cult de-programmer.

Nobody thinks Gates started Covid. But he's definitely involved in pushing the Vaccine and that is a big Red Light.

and yet you refuse to believe the known and documented efforts by Fauci, the WHO, and most importantly China to discredit any open debate and research into the lab leak theory.
isn't the least bit suspicious to you? certainly China is going to. it's what they do. the WHO is supposed to be about science. yet they clearly sided with the "China Narrative" why? Fauci's reasons are obvious now, he knew dangerous gain of function research was being done on corona viruses, funded by his own organization.
old Vulcan proverb .. those with something to hide cover it up.
