One can kill and not be charged with murder if their use of deadly force is justifiable by law. For instance if a Police Officer or even a private citizen shoots and kills someone in defense of their life or another. That's "Justifiable Homicide".

You could also be charged with Manslaughter or Negligent Homicide. The prosecutor could also choose not to charge at all if the killing was justified.

You did not answer his question but you did address it. So you lied just then but I would not call you a liar because you told a falsehood out of ignorance. Like Bush.

Don't bother, We are too far apart to continue. Neither of us is going to change our minds. As I said, if we can't agree on the definition of a lie everything else is pointless and a waste of time. We need to agree to disagree so that we can maintain a level of civility between us.
Besides, the boss is still watching me. He keeps asking me why I like arguing with idiots. . I told him he really doesn't know you like I do.

why am I not surprised you don't know what addressing an issue or question is
I made a comment to his post, I did not address his question
to address something, such as a question, requires you to apply yourself to something in a diligent manner, direct one's strong efforts towards something, i. e. answer his question
the most that can be claimed is, I addressed his post not his question. I dismissed his question with a wave of my hand
you lied again

Ok, we let you prattle on with your ignorant nonsense about what a LAY person deems a "lie". When it comes to the LEGAL definition, there is no ambiguity. You cannot be convicted of lying or perjury without intent to deceive. Period. So you are completely full of shit and need to quit fantasizing about going to the Hague, dipshit.
Or do you want to argue that you know the law better than Judge Silberman does? I didn't think so.
And by the way, the Judge doesn't give Bush "the benefit of the doubt as to it being intentional". He spent 2 years carefully reviewing all of the intelligence that Bush and others were privy to in reaching their conclusions about WMD.

How am I supposed to know what any of his gibberish means. He sounds like he's borderline mentally retarded. But you take your tiny victory if it makes you feel good. God knows it's probably all you get to feel good about unless you pop a viagra.

Only "#Grubered" Odumbo Minions, like yourself, you "#Grubered" Odumbo Minion, would equate "facts" to "gibberish."
