If gnad was a cop working as an undercover prostitute and you propositioned him with a check and he blew you then arrested you.....do you think you could get off the charge of Solicitation of Prostitution by claiming that a check is not money?
If so maybe you have figured out a way around the prostitution laws...but probably not. I doubt they give Johns the same wiggle room they give Politicians. And that my friend is why Tom DeLay quit his race....the people in his district were shown the double standard he was trying to get off with and were going to vote him out.

GED. (No "commercial paper" segment. Don't need it.)
Just the FACT that he thinks a "check" is "money," ...
.......... I wouldn't take his check!
After his check didn't clear (NSF) he would claim he already paid me!

Politically based prosecutions like DeLay's highlight the incredible un-checked power of corrupt attorneys general, including Eric Holder. This stuff matters. Alaska senator Ted Stevens was hounded out of office by well timed, politically motivated prosecutions, later overturned. Ted's ordeal was so corrupt that even Eric Holder was forced to discipline his prosecutors. What was the upshot, other than Stevens' legal defense expenses and loss of office? Stevens loss gave Democrats their brief supermajority that greased the skids for the worst piece of legislation ever to excrete from the Senate...........drum roll................The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), destined to be enshrined in an equally odorous pantheon of infamous laws. Without that brief supermajority (later permanently disabled by Scott Brown's brief tenure as Massachusetts senator) we would have meaningful, constructive progress on health care reform with bipartisan compromise. Instead we have the liberal/Democratic/progressive/socialist dream that will ultimately come unwound.

First of all, that is one rambling ass post, Bubba!
Second of all, you obviously don't know Ronnie Earle! Just parroting RWW talking points. I know him and he's an insufferable Boy Scout.
I wish he was still in office. B

My very good fortune to not know Ronnie Earl. The point of the rambling post (editor on vacation) was to highlight the partisan and corrupt actions of any attorney general, Earle in particular, that have little recourse save attentive voters (dream on) and often have dire consequences for the republic. There are many these days.

I already responded to your initial dumb-ass remark, which was:
You stated a "check" = "money"! You are WRONG.
So, since you didn't like the answer that made you look like the dumb-ass you are ... you decided to change the subject and topic .... another dumb-ass tactic.
So, while you are bench warming ... have a chat with yourself. Dumb-ass.

I asked you if a check would be considered something of value to convict you on a charge of solicitation of prostitution.

So? You asked a dumb-ass question that has no relevance to the thread.
Because .... you have shown your dumb-ass for what it is ... dumb.
And now you want to redirect the thread in an attempt ..
............ to hide your ignorance.
