Do whatever you all want. If you guys want to bareback have at it. If you want to refrain from it personally, but then slap guys on the back and buy them a beer, that is your choice. If you wish to neither partake in BBFS nor take a stance against it or for it, that is fine too.

Understand one thing, the rest of the country is getting a bit concerned about this Texas craziness. Take a look at the threads sprouting up in NOLA, OKC, NY, etc. They all think you folks are bat crazy for allowing this to go on, joking around about it, whether you are partaking in it, or turning a blind eye to it. Sure BBFS happened before there were boards like this, continued as they existed, and will go on long after there demise. The question is will you be tossed about by it like it is the wind, or will you take measures to at least minimize it?

I have said my piece on this issue:

1) You are a fool if you do it.

2) You are reckless if you do nothing to minimize the activity in your region.

3) You are an assclown if you make jokes about it while it is going on.

Now, I am done--this is my last post in this thread, the only response you will get if you post something directed at me will be those three points like a broken record.

As someone who is on 100% travel for his company, you might imagine that I surf other areas of this board. You would be correct. One thread with a grand total of 12 comments in NOLA (regarding the Austin forum, no less) does not a controversy make. I've seen nothing of the sort in NYC or California, Florida, Alabama, Oklahoma, Maryland, Tennessee, or anywhere else for that matter. I can't speak for Ohio because my least-favorite poster on this board resides there and I never have to travel there for work (by the grace of GOD ALMIGHTY!)

Anonone... er, anyone who is deluded enough to try to paint a portrait of a nation of shocked hobbyists and providers peering in on the perverse and widespread pestilence of BBFS happening in Texas can rest easy.
