Do not judge the new site by the old ownership. I am almost ready to stake my reputation on the people that are heading this up. It will be like the old wonderful GLORIOUS days of ASPD with some of the most honorable people I've met in my entire life... Not to mention some of the funniest, articulate, and genuine people ever to walk the earth.
I agree that there is enough space for several boards to cooperate together. I just personally feel the family tie to eraps.net and eccie.net.
In response to the lady that said "who cares." You are correct in that it probably doesn't matter in the short term (and maybe the long for some) if another board comes or goes or ASPD comes back bigger and better than ever. BUT for those of us that call this home, it's more than just a place to make a buck, it matters alot. This new place that is being born from the ashes is going to be everything the lot of us have always dreamed about. It will be run by kind hearted people that are in this for the family, not just the buck. I guess it might mean more to the members that have lived some of the history here.
