Believe me I am very familiar with the USAO and the way things operate likely more so than you and most others for reasons related to my career many years ago after obtaining a certain education credential. With that said I read sean riders summary of the government's complaint, I understand what his plea. Based on his alleged acts and the so called facts according to Sean rider this would have been a dream case to prosecute to some of the prosecutors I once knew. Any plea arrangement would have likely been for a much stiffer sentence considering the amount of time he could have faced if convicted by a jury on illegal firearms and pandering charges. So, it's quite possible the victim being VI probably lied or gave misleading information to the authorities which opened the door for this plea arrangement. And there are both federal and state statutes pertaining to pimping, it was likely the firearms charge that landed this case in the federal courts. Also understand the reality that people agree to plea to crimes that are not truly indicative of what they have actually done all of the time as a means to save there ass. Judging by his commentary and knowledge I strongly suspect that Sean rider was directly on indirectly a party to this case in some shape or form. So I say again, I wouldn't be surprised if there are facts related to the case not disclosed or not known by Sean rider which had impacted on this plea agreement.
And Sean rider one more thing, yes this thread has gotten a lot of views. Mainly from people like me who don't necessarily give a shit, but who find entertainment and enjoyment in watching shit shows and train wrecks.

The facts I've been posting are quoted directly from court records, including admissions by The Pimp...

Speculation from generalizations not case facts.

And this erodes any authority you are trying to claim. If your speculation about me is wrong, and it is, then why should anyone listen to your other speculation.

I think you're right about this. Or she refused to testify.

I think the following is more likely. At least it's tied to actual events, and not total speculation.
For months The Pimp was held on relatively simple gun charges that he had already admitted to. Meanwhile The Pimp, whiney punk pimp-wannabe he is, kept filing all kinds of nuisance motions. He accused the system of selective prosecution, racial prejudice, and pre-trial negative publicity. He filed a motion to dismiss due to his misunderstanding of what being on probation implied. He moved for dismissal based on his 2nd Amendment rights. He moved for a bond hearing claiming he wasn't a flight risk (when he was in fact in violation of probation), and did not pose a danger to witnesses (when in fact there was reasonable cause to think he had threatened and acted against witnesses). He moved that property evidence be suppressed because the raid was executed "no-knock" contrary (he said) to the paperwork. (Ironically his list of property to be returned and suppressed included items like the !VI! porn video tapes and hidden video equipment...a virtual admission that he was central to those activities.)
After filing for various delays he then filed a complaint demanding a "speedy trial." He demanded a bond hearing when the reasons for denying bond were clear and fair. He moved for another dismissal arguing that somehow because firearms are not manufactured in Texas *all* Texas gun owners are in violation of Federal law.
Then, to further pursue the above and more, he petitioned to be his own attorney, but retain his court appointed attorney as an advisor. This further slowed the process and drove the cost of his prosecution up.
These are just some of the moves he made...all regarding a charge that he had already admitted to.
What may have happened is the prosecution got tired of his antics and said, "OK, you want to play games, here are some more charges, charges we both know will stick." So they added the cyberstalking and use of internet to promote prostitution charges.
And The Pimp folded.

sean rider, post #139 by you makes no sense whatsoever. Those tactics are an everyday occurrence, by damn near every accused offender in the court system and usually never, understand never have any impact on the prosecution secondly there is no such thing as a simple gun charge in the federal system when it involves a person with a felony conviction obtaining a firearm through illegal means.
Finally I will say this and I am done. YOU ARE ESSENTIALLY COMMITTING THE ONE OF THE SAME CRIMES AGAINST "VI' that the guy is charged with, indirectly "CYBERSTALKING/BULLYING". You claim VI was innocent of ever posting on this or any other site and just wants to move on with her life, which I sincerely hopes that she can move with her life in a productive manner. But you won't allow her to move forward, because you insist on reminding the adult social media world of her name, face, history, and existence every time you update this dumb as thread.

Oh, and this just in. In the Federal records system there is now a separate case with The Pimp as plaintiff against the Federal prison system where he alleges:
* Breach of fiduciary duties
* Abuse of person in position of dependency (psychological)
* Abuse of person in position of dependency (medical)
* Violation of 6th amendment right to confer with counsel
* Blatant disregard of chronic care patient (medical)
* Blatant disregard of medical duties (psychological)
* Violation of 4th amendment search and seizure leading to unlawful loss of property
* Further violations that can be explained in a hearing on this matter
As best as I can tell his filing of these complaints immediately preceded the additional charges being made against him.
(It's worth noting he was given a psychological evaluation early on. He has a long history of making up medical conditions such as multiple personality disorder, lung disease, etc.)

To be clear:
I call this a simple gun case in the sense that when arrested The Pimp admitted the guns were his, and admitted he had someone buy them for him because he couldn't. It's simple in that *he already admitted guilt.*
I've been careful to not identify any real world information. Those who know the real life identities found that information some other way.
I'm *not* claiming !VI! never posted here. I'm claiming there is an admission The Pimp made at least some posts in her name, and there is no proof she ever posted here, and The Pimp's behavior both in the case of !VI! and Eevee was to take charge of internet communications.

Update
(Please don't read if not interested)
A few days ago the Pimp pleaded guilty to all 3 charges noted above. This included pimping for personal profit by impersonating her on the internet, outing !VI! when she stopped working for him by impersonating her on the internet, and Illegally purchasing guns.
The government opposed his being released prior to sentencing, so he's still in a Federal facility.
The Pimp in a subsequent Facebook post said that a sentencing hearing will be held in May. I see no Federal record of that yet. Said Facebook post included all manner of ranting, but then was deleted a couple days later. Not the sort of thing that would gain the sympathy of, say, the judge giving his sentence I imagine.
(The Pimp also confirmed in that post that *after* the Federal case is taken care of, he still has the original Fort Bend charges to deal with including his violating probation.)

Dude, the reality is that those who hate her will never accept the facts, and those who think she is totally innocent will never believe otherwise.
I get your point, but it's not going to have an impact.

Well stated, TM. It's kind of silly to talk about somebody who is not even here. She's probably off dressing up like a superhero at one of those dork cosplay venues while Sean obsesses over her ex boyfriend's case.

It sounds like Sean has a personal interest in this case, no one else here gives a crap about her or the case
