Okay, I need some recommendations for my visit...

I arrive in town tomorrow afternoon, and was wanting to know what the best strip clubs and restaurants in town were. I like good food and naked women, so I plan to spend any free time having a good time. Anyone have any recommendations?

The good food is in several locations about town and depend on what you prefer. Most of the casinos have upscale dining of different sorts. The "hill" is in the central westend of the city boundry and is known for Italian cuisine. There are many great steak locations scattered about from north to south, city and county. The strip clubs are on the east side of the river and many locals won't go there due to the area. While I have fun there myself it wouldn't be a good place to get lost.

East side is the only place for strip clubs. Get a good reliable tax driver from your hotel or in a good part of town, have them take you over there, and then call the same driver when you are ready to go to a new location or go home. That's what I do, and I've never felt unsafe.

Adrielle, too bad you weren't here last night. There was a meet and greet in a bar and a bunch of us went to the east side afterwards. An excellent time was had by all.
The penthouse club in Sauget is pretty nice, and is probably closest to down town. PT's Sports Cabaret is right next to it and is also very nice. I think these two have the hottest women, but may be a bit pricier, at least for private dances. There are a couple clubs in Washington Park, Hustler club and Hollywood show club which are nice too. Brooklyn also has some nice clubs, too. However my recommendation to a lady visiting from out of town would probably be Penthouse. I think it is the most female friendly, and also closest to down town.
As far as restaurants, The hill is great, but there are also some hip and trendy restaurants on Washington Ave, which is close if you are staying downtown.
