I think it’s funny that he asks the cop to call the second woman to request $40 back! Reminds me of the lady on cops that was buying coke, was ripped off, called the cops and admitted to trying to buy coke. She offered to show them where they were if they were able to get her money back.

I actually did that once (twenty or thirty years ago). I stoopidly gave a SW her donation in advance where upon she took me to a private residence. She went in, but locked me out. To achieve some degree of satisfaction, I made an anonymous complaint to the police from a “distant” pay phone. Of course, the officer asked for my name, I told her: “Yes, I am stupid enough to get robbed, but not so stupid as to get arrested too.” I hung-up the phone and quickly sped away.
