London,
You know very well that I usually, well always, refrain from posting in the coed forums, but I can't resist....so here goes.
The point she is trying to make, Gentlemen, is that it is much, much safer for a lady to do incall and it is very UNSAFE to have a provider come to your house, which is supposed to be your safe haven. How safe can your residence be for you if several providers, their drivers and/or pimps, in some cases an agency, and, since most providers leave the name, address and phone number of the client they are visiting with a friend, babysitter, or some sort of what we like to call a "safety net", God only knows who else have your address??? Not very safe.
Recently, in a suburb of Orlando, 2 providers visited a client at his home. They robbed him and, if I remember right, injured him, but I could be wrong about that part. He called the cops. The girls took the police on high speed chase which ended when a cop crashed his car. The girls were not caught for several days. I believe you could find the news reports on this if you google it. Now the police, those 2 providers, and who knows how many others, know his name and where he lives, assuming he hasn't moved.
There are several other stories similar to this one that have taken place in and around Orlando. But I'm sure things like this aren't limited to happening in Orlando.
I was a Residential Outcall ONLY provider for a long time and had to start having problems before I finally realized incall is much safer, not only for clients, but for providers as well. Prank calls that end with the provider knocking on an 80 year old woman's door, ending up in a bad neighborhood of an unfamiliar city, being kidnapped, hurt, or killed. These things happen every day to working girls who do outcalls.
While the risk a hobbyist takes is high, the risk a provider takes is higher. You wouldn't send your daughter, wife, mother, sister, cousin, or whatever driving around in the middle of the night to a complete stranger's house, right? Especially not in a strange city, right? So why would you expect a provider to?
I know we sign up for some risk when we choose this profession, but most of us try to lessen that risk as much as possible, if we can. You, as a hobbyist sign up for some risk when you choose to partake in the hobby, as well, but if you do your research and refrain from seeing ladies who are not verified, then your risk is significantly lowered. Verified providers usually have several reviews, at least a few of which may have been written only a day or two before you see the provider, therefore pretty much ridding you of any doubts about her sanity, stability, and rather or not she is affiliated with LE.
In the end, there is only so much research a provider can do on a client and then it's usually limited to what other providers he's seen before tell her about him. How trustworthy are those providers? It can sometimes be weeks or months before some clients pursue seeing another provider.Has the client become hostile in the weeks or months since his most recent references saw him??
Yes, we can verify that a hobbyist is not a cop by asking for his work information and verifying that, but does that prove that he's sane and doesn't have some grudge against women??
Why, then, would you ask a provider to take the risk of possibly walking into a crazy man's house? At least in her own territory she may stand a chance at defending herself.
You know that YOU are safe for a provider to come visit, but that doesn't mean that every other hobbyist is, too.
As for customer service....well, a provider won't be providing much of that if she ends up dead in someone's basement. A hobbyist may have drive a little to go see a provider, but the likelihood of that
verified provider causing the hobbyist bodily harm is pretty low compared to the likelihood of some crazy guy causing a provider bodily harm. Look up the statistics on rapes/murders of "Providers" and you'll see what I mean.
Just my 2 cents...signing off now, not interested in an argument.
