Not to beat a dead horse, but RWKSL, you reeeeally don't know what you're saying. Statute reading and interpretation is not what you think it is. Yes, the statute has those words in that order. But, it does not purport to state what YOU contend it states. Read subsection (f) again in connection with the all of Section 43.23.
