I don't know how many times and how many different ways your questions can be answered by St. C and myself.....You're not being singled out and treated any differently than anyone else that is similarly situated.....You continue to say that you're NOT an agency, so you've been given the limited access that people who say they're NOT an agency gets.....If you want more access, St. C. has stated already that you need to get with BIG C, the local moderator (regardless of how you or anyone else around here feels about that, you're stuck with ME until such time as I either step down or am removed).....Continuing to bicker in this thread about the same thing and continuing to become more and more belligerent in your postings aren't really going to get you anywhere.....I agree with the guys that you started off with valid questions but unfortunately, once they were answered (apparently not to your likings) you've started to delve into the same conduct which got you into disfavor with a lot of people to begin with......

Since we're giving free advice here how about I give some for you.....Just post your ads and let the guys know about the hotties that you continue to bring down there for them.....Take advantage of being able to at least read the Infoshare so you can be aware of any potential problems for your girls, contact the moderator should you have info to share about potential problems that the ladies need to be made aware of, sit back and relax and enjoy the lifestyle and leave all the rest of the crap alone.....You're providing a service that MOST of the guys down there truly appreciate and the rest really doesn't matter.....

Maybe I missed your question about the funds as it was obsfuscated in all the other superfluous comments and I just couldn't get to it.....My suggestion on the funds is to direct that one in an email to staff@eccie.net because that is a very legit question.....If you paid for PA and it was taken from you, then you have a right to request those funds be applied to giving you access as a paid sponsor.....I have found out that the staff here is more than just a little bit willing to address and answer questions from the members, and they always do so in a very professional manner.....

Under my interpretation of an agency you do meet that criteria and that's why you got set to agency.....I understand your concerns about the money you already paid and I'm sure staff will respond to you as soon as they get your email.....But, for the time being, post ads and read the forums available to you and when they handle the matter of your previous funds, then you can make a decision on being a sponsor or continuing to be a regular agency.....

MuffDVR: I'm not trying to pick any sides in this at all (believe me lol), but look at it like this...

Men don't typically get to post ads, so right there, that's one privilege that you have that "dawgs" don't get. If you just went back to being a regular "dawg," you wouldn't be able to post an ad at all (I think).

If you paid for premium access, and you're not able to get a refund, I doubt it's because they just want to steal your money. They're probably just not able to do it with the system they have in place. If you feel that you should get SOMETHING back, maybe have them take the money you paid for your premium access and see if they can put it towards becoming an Advertiser and you can get a banner.

Here's a solution:

Since MuffDVR claims to not be an agency, merely a "management company," and claims to be a hobbyist, leave him as a regular member with his paid private access. As a male and a hobbyist, he gets all access that any other guy gets. No more, no less. As a result, he can NEVER post an ad on behalf of the girls he "manages" nor can he review them. Any review or mention by him about his girls is considered advertising and not allowed.

The girls all join ECCIE independently as providers and post their own ads and their reviews are posted in the indy section. He claims the girls are all indy's and wants their reviews in the indy section, so by them registering as providers on their own they get indy reviews and post their own ads.

MuffDVR claims that he isn't an agency or provider or a female, so he gets no access that is a benefit of being any of these.

Problem solved.

In my opinion, just because he doesn't handle the calls doesn't mean that he's not an agency. He mentioned in another thread "All i do is manage their affairs so they are able to fly in, their suites are covered, their cars are paid for and their ads are posted. As for day to day and hands on with bookings and clients i dont have anything to do with it. I get paid from the girls directly to provide what services i provide them, so i am A PROVIDER, the girls can "fire" me anytime if they want a different manager and leave. So how is it an Agency when i can be fired by the girls?"

What MuffDVR can't seem to grasp, it that as a "management company" he has access to the ladies that a regular guy does not have and provides many of the services an agency provides. Any person who uses an agency can fire that agency if they're not happy with them. It's called quitting. It's the same thing. Any time you quit a job, you fired the company you worked for. Whether he admits it or not, he is a de facto agency. He does everything an agency does except take the calls and he gets paid for his service. If he wants to be able to post ads for the ladies then he needs to be classified as an agency with whatever benefits all MALE agency owner/operator receives (which is different from all female agency owners).

If he's not happy with not being able to have access to every forum possible, male, female, private or public then he can leave. He can't have the best of all worlds, but he needs to figure out which world he wants to live in.

PS - MuffDVR, I assume you're taking the girls photos. Do the girls a favor and take your camera off Auto White Balance or Daylight and set it to Tungsten or dial in a color temperature around 4000ºK and adjust it from there to get a better skin tone. Those yellow photos are horrible. Might want to stop down about 1/3 or 2/3 as well. Your overexposing most of them.

wow, see i tried to explain it like 100 times, and then someone comes in and because they either didnt read the thread or just dont understand whats going on, throw out an opinion ... does anyone actually listen around here or do they just make up stuff as they go? thats how rumors get started.. so listen carefully...

i didnt ask nor want to post ads here, not until i was busted down to Pimp , and it was my only single benefit to belonging to this site, did i post an ad.. TY for the advice but i shoot Manual, and the reason for the "yellowish" color is due to underlit and using no flash or hotbox, so i am shooting at a 30-40 using an IS lens, so its trying to "create" its own light if you will. Now if i shoot during the day even in the same room the results are different, but alas most of the time they are busy up until late so its night shooting i get in dim lit rooms with "yellow" walls. But again, TY for the tips.

Staff decisions are made depending on what's appropriate as a whole.....and since there are so many variations on how someone should be classified, or wants to be classified, there's not always the "no brainer" solution we would hope for in these situations.

FYI, I read the ENTIRE thread and I DO understand what's going on. You say it best in your last line above - you want some sort of benefit. If you are NOT an agency, as you have stated over and over, ad nauseam, then you are not entitled to any benefits above and beyond what any other guy here receives. The problem is that you are an agency, whether you like it or not. According to the dictionary, an agent, while not synonymous with manager, is related to a manager (http://www.merriam-webster.com/thesaurus/agent).

Not only is an agent related to a manager, but you have a vested interest in these girls and you pay them or they pay you. You stated in a previous post (http://www.eccie.net/showpost.php?p=...postcount=22):

You're shooting manual for your exposure. I said change your WHITE BALANCE. It's either on AUTO or DAYLIGHT. You are shooting under TUNGSTEN lighting conditions. Shooting tungsten light under daylight white balance gives the yellow look. Auto WB can handle it properly some of the time. Change your WB to the Tungsten mode (it looks like a light bulb) or go to the color temp mode (K) and dial in a number between 2800ºK and 4000ºK until the yellow is gone and their skin looks like skin. You are overexposing your shots on most and blowing out the details in their skin. If you're shooting at 1/30 to 1/40 sec, try 1/50 or 1/60 sec or change your f-stop to a larger number (stop down and let in less light). I guarantee you'll get a better photo. During the day, you have daylight coming in if the shades or open, or the white shade is pulled across. With the camera set on Daylight, you will get a more natural, better looking photo. I've been a photographer for 25 years and started shooting digital over 12 years ago. I know what I'm talking about. Give it a try.

Here's a color/density corrected image. It's not perfect because the original JPEG is way off in exposure and color, and there's only so much that can be done with a bad JPEG, but it's closer to being accurate. A RAW file would have been better to work with, but if it's shot correctly it's not a problem in the first place.
