Not everyone realizes there is a little red triangle "report to moderator" function on each post.

Us old hands sometimes forget that not everyone is a computer geek who carefully goes over the web page and figures out what all the little icons do.

Unfortunately, it seems some of these people have access to multiple IP's. They will re-register under another IP, get back on the board, make an ass out of themselves *again* and they will be sent packin, *again*.
