I was just watching The Secret Diary of a Call Girl on Showtime, which was an interview with the actress and with the provider that the show is based on "the real Belle Bare All".

Being the one who started the thread referenced by TommyD, let me add my $0.02. Relative to the thought that those who do actually fake it are not very convincing, I think the likely reality is that some are just better at faking it than others. That's not to say that all girls fake it all the time. Nor is it to say that there aren't times for every girl when they can relax, get themselves in the proper mood and get matched up with someone they can enjoy. At least the ones who are more above board in their dealings with us clients, so i'm not referring to those that are just rip off artists.

But i think we should be pragmatic enough to realize that while there may be an occasional exception, it's really asking an awful lot of these girls to expect them to really get into what they are doing with us on a consistent basis.

Like i said in the other thread mentioned, we just want to be able to believe that their need to fake it is always with the other guys she sees.

In putting in my 02$ let me just say that although I am not the worst looking guy I am not the studly type either and hopefully make up for it in personality as well as charm
That being said I try hard to ask the provider what they want and have them guide me through it while I am at it. Does this help??? Or should we as hobbyist just drop the efforts we are putting into getting a favorable response from our providers and concentrate on being selfish for that hour.
Personally I can usually tell If I am getting a favorable response by paying attention to the involuntary reactions that EVERY person has as well as the voluntary. If a woman is wet then you are doing something right! Even if she is not orgasming over and over I am sure that she at least is enjoying what is going on given the fact that we all have those involuntary responses that we cannot and do not have control over.
I also know what both men and woman can "realistically" fake an orgasm and the other person would not have a clue that they did. So, given that fact I think we can draw some conclusions that although she may have never have acheived orgasm she did derive a great deal of pleasure of many or most of the experiences that she had.
