Deciding where to post a review

I want to review Lexi Luv from Birmingham, but I have a dilemma.

I am from the Baton Rouge area. As you probably know, Lexi and many of the providers travel all the time. I was recently in Jackson, MS, and I travel there on business maybe once a year for about 3 days, if that. While I was there, I happen to notice that Lexi was passing through for a day and a half. Having never met her, but hearing so much about her, I jumped at the chance and had an incredible time.

So here is my dilemma.

Do I have to post this review in MS?

or

Should I ask Lexi where she would like it?

or

Since I am from Louisiana, and Lexi spends a great deal of her time in Louisiana, can I post it there?

I probably know the answer, but thought I'd throw it out there from convention and opinion.

I know of no steadfast rule stating that the review must be put in a certain forum, meaning if session took place in MS do you have to post review there? I say no, if you prefer posting in New Orleans section that will be just fine. I like the idea of asking Lexi what does she want, I think you will be fine in either section, but just post one review please not one in each forum, thx.
