Always go Freshly showered. But Even being fresh from a shower before heading out the door durring the summer it can get hot and sweaty before you reach your destination. And besides like everyone has said hopefully she will join.

I have never been asked to and I always shower before the appointment.

Within reason, I will do anything that will make the provider more comfortable. I did however draw the line once at doing the chicken dance, in a pink tutu, while wearing a Bill Clinton mask.

Another vote for shower together but I show up clean anyhow.

Showering together was SOP during the time I spent in eastern europe.
