I understand your concern and I would be finding a way to cancel the charge. We have no way of knowing what they will do about billing.

Exclamation Cancel Immediately

You need to be proactive and cancel your subscription by email immediately!

Why haven't you taken care of this before now?

State "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line of your email and request that you be advised of receipt and proper action. copy and paste the last bill you received with along with the codes.

Send your request to: Live Support [livesupport@verotel.com] If you don't get a response by the next day, send your request again until you do.

It will help a lot if you include a copy of the original e-mail you got from verotel.

Verotel might stop on their own, but I haven't heard a definitive answer.

Has anyone had their automatic billing stop on its own or have a link to another post somewhere that has the answer?

To cancel your subscription go to:

http://cancel.verotel.com/index-en.html

You will need your Verotel username and password (it will be on your last charge receipt email)
