Depends on what you're into. Zilker park is beautiful. Pretty Campus at UT. The river is beautiful, and you might want to stay on it. Several hotels right there in downtown (although most providers are at home in the Arboretum area of town). If you're by the river, you gotta take a boat ride watch the bats one evening at dusk. There isn't much in the way of world class museums, but I like the Bob Bullock Museum, which is also downtown. The Capitol building is worth a tour. Now for entertainment, you can't beat (probably anywhere in the world) the bars on 6th street on a Friday or Saturday. If you want American style football, a Texas game is somewhat unique. And, if you have a little pull, or really want to go, one of your dates might get you into an Austin City Limits show (music on the UT campus, which is shown on Public TV).
