Does this provider offer illegal services?
Sure, this looks like a survey I want to respond to. Come to think of it, I told my therapist I really enjoyed the relaxing music she played during the session and she offered to make a copy of the CD for me. I am pretty sure this is an illegal service and I think I'll fill out the survey and report this. Does this crackpot really expect people to respond to his/her questionnaire?
