I had a situation at the end of 2008. I am pretty sure the way the cop came about it could have been described as entrapment then. I never said anything about anything and he was verbally trying to bait me., he also put the money out when I never even asked for it or hinted at it in any way.
As far as what type of punishment you get for being busted....I don't know about a misdemeanor but my poor best friend was busted in '08 just for doing fbsm. She spent a night in jail, $500 bond (and yes, you have to pay the full ammt with a prostitution arrest), had community service, and now has a felony on her record.
