Feeling anxiety because of the situation takes all the fun out of it.

It's not viagra that will help but tranquilizers.

When I started hobbying I got a prescription for xanax. I used it only a little when I went to see a stranger for play. It worked. Once I got over the hump I stopped using it.

Now I take a little viagra but only to aid in performance, and like the xanex it was prescribed by my doctor.

Be sure to obtain any tranquilers like xanex from your physician, and follow his advise.

especially if you will obtain them WITHOUT a prescription.

prescriptions have side effects. sometimes these side effects are worse than the reason you are taking them.

your a young (30 of years) man. You may be clean as a whistle in health but we all must remember to try and not coat the problem and find out what is causing it.


yes, the above replies are true (nutrition, exercise, pre-pop) but also alcohol and illegal drugs can cause ED. I am not stating that you use. I am stating those are other reasons for ED.
