Woman Defined: How Old?

Gentlemen,
In my mind there's a distinction far more important than chronological age between a female and a "woman." You can have sex with any female over the age of 18 and avoid prosecution but what's the difference for you (other than age) when you're looking for a woman?

someone who knows more about the world, interpersonal relationships, their bodies, their likes and dislikes, why they want to get down and funky.

someone who is past superficialities and playing games to get what they want/desire; someone who says i'm good looking or fun and not just "cute".

someone who has life experiences and has learned from those experiences, who knows that they dont know it all and is willing to learn from others.

that is, she's smart AND sexy!!
