Need advice on arranging an outcall
I have hobbied for 13 or 14 years now and studiously avoided outcall situations unless I was traveling and had someone come to my hotel. On all but a few occasions, my local visits have been to ladies with private incalls, or visiting ladies who were staying at a nice hotel--as notels like PI give me the creeps. I've never had an encounter with LE, but I'm kind of paranoid about that.
Right now there are 2 ladies I would really really like to see who only do outcalls, and only at outcalls arranged by the client. I won't consider doing it in my home under any circumstances.
So, being a total newb at this, I would appreciate any advice on the following questions from the gents and ladies in here:
* Are there nicer places here in the Houston area which have short-term rates?
* If I book a full night in a reasonably nice place (which I might choose to do on occasion when the SO is traveling on business), they will require a credit card imprint. If I pay cash when I check out, will anything show up on my credit card bill?
* Is there any less, or any more risk, of entanglement with LE if I arrange for the room vs. the lady arranging for the room?
* Are any of the adjacent non-Houston communities less risky (or more risky) than Houston itself in terms of LE?
* How much justification does LE need to intervene? Can they knock on your door, or do they need to intercept you before or after, or how exactly does trouble occur?
* Any other advice or cautionary tales?
I imagine some of these questions have been asked before, but I haven't found the right search terms to locate them, so I ask your indulgence in helping me out.

I don't know of any "nice" places that rent by less than a full day - but there are all kinds of special deals you can get on the internet.
You can always say you are booking a room for an out-of-town client.
Get a pre-paid Debit Card - then you won't have any problem with a trail back to you - although most places will ask for an ID and make a photocopy of it.
If you arrange for the room - there is always a chance of a NS in which case you are sitting in a hotel room looking around for Plan B.
OTOH, if you get the room you can have one lady in the afternoon, one in the evening and one in the morning - or some combination.
If the room is in your name, you won't be rushed.....as in the lady having another appointment right after your appointment and needing to shooo you out.
Also you could ask the provider if there are places she likes or doesn't like.
I would avoid the cheapy hotels on Beltway 8 and Westheimer - very hot area right now.
As far as LE - that kinda advice could go one for HOURS.....If that is a serious concern, there are plenty of Criminal Attorneys you could call, schedule an hour or 2 and ask him/her all the hypothetical questions you want.

Only notels have hourly rates, its against city ordinances last I heard to rent by the hour so only cheesey places do it.
Go to the grocery store and buy a PrePaid CC if your worried about it being on your bill, you'll need to prepay on a cc to get the hotwire.com discount anyway.
The only entanglement I can think of is that you now will have a documented stay at a hotel that the wife may find out about (extremely unlikely, but possible). That is unless you left and let her use it as an incall which would get you in trouble if she got busted.
You could offer to give her the money for the room and have her get it.
More or less risky, I would avoid b8/westheimer still as there was a sting in May with a pimp/vice shoot-out.
If your in a room they cant force you to open the door without a warrant. Two horny people having sex isn't a crime.
I'm not a lawyer, nor have I ever had anything to do with le so take it however you want.

I wasn't even aware there were prepaid debit cards, duh!
Does that mean there IS a trail with an ordinary credit or debit card if they take an imprint, but I pay cash on checkout? Course I'd have to prepay to get the Priceline rates.
I don't see any reason I should worry about LE if I am actually keeping the room for a full night (SO does travel some, so I could do this now and then), if it is a nice hotel, and if the lady is well-known to our community. Do you think that is correct?
Thanks!

Every Grocery store/drug store/Walmart sells pre-paid cards and they can be re-loaded.
Yes when Hotels take an imprint it stays on your file - even if you pay cash. Some might even run a "small" deposit transaction through your card to make sure it is valid.
Use the Pre-Paid card to get the priceline rates.
And of course, your Hobby phone number and hobby email address are a must.

Everything leaves a trail. It's just a matter of how difficult you make it for someone to find the trail. Hobby phone and Hobby Credit/Debit card help cover your tracks.
It's not illegal to rent a room and have guests over... unless LE can lean on your guest and get her to talk ... then it's lawyer time.
Incall is your friend.

By using a prepaid Visa card mentioned above, you can use Priceline to book a room at a very nice hotel for not much more than the notel rate.
If you know what tactics to use, you can make multiply bids on priceline to get a good hotel in the area you want.
Check out this site on how to do so:
http://biddingfortravel.yuku.com/top...Hotel-FAQ.html
I've used these techniques many times and they work like a charm. For Houston, I suggest starting at a 3 or 3.5 star rated hotel as a minimum.

Excellent advice, all.
I agree TMFT about incalls!! But as I mentioned there are 2 ladies I would like to see (and who are very well reviewed) who don't do incalls. Perhaps I can get a hotel with a prepaid debit card when SO is traveling and see one in the afternoon or evening and one the next morning, as suggested earlier (don't think I'm up for afternoon, evening, AND morning.
One more detail. I think a hotel puts a hold (or whatever they call it) on your card for some amount (more than the cost of the night's stay I think). How big a prepaid debit card do you think I need to ensure no problems with that?
I can't believe I've been doing this as long as I have and still feel like such a rookie.
But then most of my hobbying my first several years was in Canada (lived in western New York) where escorting is completely legal as long as there isn't public solicitation.

OOOoooo... Canada.... traveled there as a young businessman... went to a Strip club...she quoted me 10 dollars for a lap dance...I thought that was the best news I had heard...and then she said those magic words ... Canadian Dollars... came out to about 7 dollars US at the time...

TMFT - funny. When I came back from Europe I told a dancer at the Pirate Ship I had some Euros left over and she asked to see the money (for those who don't know - each denomination of paper money is a different color and size. As the value goes up, the length and width of the bill also increases.)
The Dancer (from the Czech Republic) said she would agree to take 20 Euros for a dance. I just laughed at her.
As far as the pre-paid card - min should be 200ish; but I carried one for $500 forever. You can use it for anything where a regular debit card is used: Gas, groceries, booze, restaurants, etc....so its not like you are throwing money away.

Reasonable question about why I posted in this forum.
Actually I thought some of our ladies might share their opinion about this as well as the guys, so I posted here. If someone's SO has gotten suspicious enough and knows enough to start snooping around in ECCIE, then basically she already knows if you ask me.
I'm incredibly fortunate in that my wife and I have agreed since before we were married (40 years ago, yikes!) that monogamy wasn't natural for anyone, and that discreet play is OK, just don't do anything disrespectful or bring anything infectious home.
Actually I think I'll start a thread about that last bit.
